Frequently Asked Questions
What can you tell me about the quality of your clubs?
We strive to provide you with the best VALUE in custom golf clubs - ones that measure up to the name brands you are familiar with and can be fitted to your game. Our products are similar in design, quality, and most importantly performance to Pro Line. We can say that because we are buying from the same foundries who also build for the big manufacturers, but we don't have large marketing or design overhead, which means big savings and the best quality for you.
The quality of Pro-line golf clubs cannot be disputed, however the value sometimes can be. As with so many things in life, the price does not tell the whole story. People who think that only the price or brand determines how a club will perform for you, are happy to patronize their local pro shop, and often end up buying the golf clubs the shop owner happens to make the most money on. But if you, like us, instead ask yourself 'is this driver really worth $500.00?' or 'is this iron set really worth $1,200.00?' (and answer yourself 'I doubt it'), then you're at the right website.
Only a portion of a company's total budget is allocated to research and development of new products and the rest goes to advertising and professional endorsements, among other things. The big companies even make deals with major retailers so that they will feature their brand over others. So the money you spend on a name brand set can buy well designed equipment, but we believe that our clubs are a better VALUE. Our clubs incorporate their own design features along with proven technology and materials that help most golfers improve their games and stand on their own merit for quality. Most touring pros are billboards with space for sale on their caps, shirts or bags and are paid to use equipment from their sponsors. They could easily play well with almost any set of clubs (including ours). Likely no one is paying you to play, so why pay them? Give our equipment a try and see for yourself whether or not the latest in technology can benefit your game. The bottom line is that we sell the best quality custom fitted golf clubs and equipment at a significant discount.
I'm a beginner; shouldn't I buy the cheapest clubs I can while I'm learning?
It's true that some things about golf you can learn with discount store clubs, like the proper grip and stance. However, when you actually start to play the game of golf you should not put yourself at a disadvantage with inferior or less forgiving equipment. Let's face it, this game is plenty hard enough with good quality equipment. We also advise against putting too much pressure on yourself by spending many hundreds of dollars on clubs hoping to buy a swing. Quality clubs, such as those sold on this site, can help you learn the game and improve more quickly and at prices not much higher than the discount stores to boot.
Why do you charge so much for bending your irons?
Because we really bend them. It's a sad fact but either many shops are charging for bending and not doing it or the cost of bending is figured into the clubs whether you have it done or not. Then they charge nothing for bending when in reality everyone is paying for bending.
You are buying our time and expertise when you ask irons to be bent to a particular lie and we try hard to give you your moneys worth. If you think a set of irons can be bent in America for 10 or 15 bucks for 8 clubs or worse yet for "no charge" then we've got some swamp land in Florida you might be interested in.
Can you ship anywhere, and how long does it take?
Yes, with very few exceptions, we ship all over the world using FedEx or USPS. You can estimate shipping cost for your address right in our shopping cart. Most club orders are built within 3 business days, and ship within 7. Keep in mind, these are custom made clubs, that have to be picked, carefully built, and need cure time. They are not plucked off a shelf.
Can I order over the phone?
We realize that some folks are uncomfortable ordering online, and prefer to order over the phone. That is fine, that is why we have a toll free order line. However, for order accuracy, order tracking, and overall convenience, online ordering is the best.
Can I send a check or money order for my order?
Yes, you can. Please enter what you would like in the shopping cart, print the page, and send it to us with your check or money order. Please include your phone number in case we have any questions. You can your order to the following:
